TO DO

SLEEPING

I would mainly recommend the Four Seasons, ideally located in the Recolletas area, nicely frequented pool,

lovely mansion adjoining the main building, comfortable rooms, delicious vintage ham at breakfast. 8/10.

OTHER

Of course the Alvear Palace, a great hotel classic of Buenos Aires 9/10.

EATING

The Osaka (Japanese/Peruvian) in Recolletas is very good (Soler 5602),

the one in Puerto is not bad, or Milion in a very Belgian private mansion.

Or for lunch the restaurant of the MALBA. Vietnamese? Sudestada.

BOOK STORE

Livraria Al Ateneo: Wonderful bookstore located in an old theater.

One can sit down to read in the boxes. Not to be missed.

BISTROT

DADA Alternative but cool.

SHOPPING

Visit the Galeria Pacifico. There are Berni paintings in the ceiling.

SHOPPING SEXY

Juicy near Calle Florida (great pedestrian artery)

VINOTECCA

Miguel Guatemala 47-20) in Palermo.

ALTERNATIVE

KONEX - exhibitions, bars and outdoor nights (La Bomba de Tiempo) located in a warehouse.

CAFES

Of course the famous Gran Caffé TORTONI in the center, and the Biela in Recoleta

CINEMA

In the Village Recoleta a cinemas center not bad (strange but accomplished interior design, fake 1930’)
