Departure at dawn towards the forest of Nyungwe: a tour of the Ethnographic Museum of Rwanda where I instantly weigh myself down with 3 magnificent panels of cow dung dried on wood and painted Mondrian and Vasarely style - the «Imongongo paintings». Unexpected.

SUISSE

After several hours on mountain roads maintained in Swiss style, we arrive at the Nyungwe Forest Lodge: Franck Lloyd Wright style architecture, with a terrace overlooking an immensity of tea fields. An interior where the architect had used the Imongongo panels with great talent (surprise!).
