SOUTH BEACH
It's definitely my favorite neighborhood. I love the art deco houses and the holiday atmosphere and the permanent feeling of being in a movie or, better yet, in a series! 8/10.
SEA / SUN:
You can swim all year round, and between the islands and the beaches you can (if you wish to) live a totally aquatic life! Beautiful people on the beaches. 8/10.
STREET ART
Absolutely a success. The paintings change throughout the year. Very good level. (Wynwood). 9/10.
DESIGN
Design shops and all the luxury “p.a.p.” (ready-to-wear) brands have opened amazing boutiques: proof of the incredible possibilities of rebounds made in the US. 7/10.
HAVANA
A real neighborhood for real Cuban people with real supermarkets. But actually nothing extraordinary. 5/10.
LITTLE HAITI
Strange and engaging atmosphere. Yet again a film or a series, but seedy. Police everywhere and truly poor people. Insane! 7/10.
POOL
One of the largest hotel pools in the world (Biltmore) and a Venetian pool (1920s) quite crazy. 8/10.
SKYLINE
Downtown is not bad and the MetroMover that cuts a passage between the buildings is a must. 7/10.
SUPER CAR
Vintage at any price and especially at very high prices: the James Dean Porsche in sky blue at $ 750,000 and Ferrari at two million. The dream!
